YAMASAN izakaya



YAMASAN is a modern izakaya that allocated at Taipei Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hal, which brings you creative dishes based on Taiwanese seasonal ingredients and inspired by multicultural flavors of cuisine. We designed a large scale dry flower installation art at the entrance to welcome guests. This artwork was inspired by the local ingredients, spices which were grew up by seasons around Taiwan.
